1. Nature of Service

TAAPGO Health is a technology platform that connects patients with suitable doctors, clinics, hospitals, and authorized partner diagnostic laboratories based on their healthcare needs. TAAPGO is not a hospital, clinic, laboratory, or medical practitioner and does not directly provide medical or diagnostic services.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate personal and health-related information.
• TAAPGO shall not be responsible for any issues arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user.
• For medical emergencies, users should immediately contact the nearest hospital or emergency services instead of relying on the platform.

3. Medical Responsibility

• Doctors, hospitals, and partner laboratories are solely responsible for consultations, prescriptions, treatments, laboratory tests, reports, and medical outcomes.
• TAAPGO only facilitates the connection between patients and healthcare service providers.
• TAAPGO does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of any medical consultation, treatment, or diagnostic test.

4. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointment schedules and laboratory bookings may be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the respective service provider.
• TAAPGO will make reasonable efforts to notify users of such changes but cannot guarantee prior notice in every situation.

5. Payments

• TAAPGO may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings and healthcare connections.
• Consultation fees, laboratory charges, and treatment costs may be charged separately by the respective doctor, hospital, clinic, or partner laboratory.
• Successful payments will be reflected within the application.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using false or fake identities.
• Accessing another (users) account without authorization.
• Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform or its security.
• Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

7. Account Suspension

TAAPGO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

8. Privacy

User information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the TAAPGO Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TAAPGO shall not be liable for any medical, diagnostic, financial, physical, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from services provided by doctors, hospitals, clinics, or partner laboratories. Such responsibility rests solely with the respective service provider.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Laboratory Services

• TAAPGO Health enables users to book blood tests and other diagnostic services through authorized partner laboratories.
• Sample collection, testing, report generation, report accuracy, and service quality are the sole responsibility of the respective partner laboratory.
• TAAPGO acts only as a booking and connection platform and does not conduct laboratory testing or issue medical reports.
